WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED? Items usually ship within 24 - 36 business hours, subject to product availability. Express orders placed before 10 a.m. Pacific Time will ship the same day, with the exception of weekends and holidays.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER? Subject to product availability, you should receive your order in 3 - 5 business days for standard shipping and 2 - 3 business days for Express Mail shipping. For international orders it normally takes 7 - 10 business days. Tracking information is available for all shipping options except for Air Mail.
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations may be made within 24 hours after the order is placed. Please send an email through the Email Us link at the top of each page on this site in order to cancel your order. You may cancel your order and obtain a full refund if your order has not been shipped.

Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your account to be successfully refunded in full. You will be notified via email with a confirmation once refund has been issued.
RETURNS POLICY:
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it. You may send an email via the Email Us link at the top of each page on this site in order to obtain further instructions. A copy of the invoice and a brief statement indicating the defective nature of the merchandise must be included with any package you return. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. We strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your own protection.
